We are the remains of the very first original ancient government.
Ancient means in this content that we are older than any other structure. We are older than the concept of matter, much older than any god concept and even older than time itself.
Most parts of the government got literally destroyed during the war. The more known parts of the ancient original government like Protoi, Protectors or Elders do no more exist. All what remains is the Prime branch, which is the emergency branch of the ancient government. It got voted into existence a bit before the complete destruction of the other ancient government structures. The direness of this emergency cannot be understated. Do not think of the Prime as a “whatever higher being” or other crap. It is a duty and better comparable to a Prime Minister in 3D, which indeed many countries have.
Our full name is "Fractal Guardians of the Base Rules".
The Base Rules are the foundation of the original ancient government. They got butchered and inflated by many parties and traitors over an eternity. Within the emergency procedure we cut them down and cleaned them up to a point where they are now very close to the originals before all the manipulation began. Here is a short version of the core of the Base Rules:

- Every being must be free.
- Every being has the inalienable right to be free from illegal harm from other beings.
- Every being has the right to get the energies which are necessary for its existence.
- Every being has the inalienable and unconditional right to have their integrity preserved.
- Every being has the inalienable and unconditional right of individual evolvement,including the right to anything which is needed for own evolvement.
- Every being has the right to choose their own path in fractal evolvement, including the right to choose their own path in any incarnations they may have.
- No being has the right to choose a dark path.
The very difference between us and all other self proclaimed structures, governments and authorities is, that we are always following the Base Rules. Especially in hard situations, when it would be so easy to just look the other way to solve a problem.

New Fractal Guardians Website
This website is the new landing point for people who are new to us. The forum has one and a half decades of mostly unsorted information. 95% of that information is also in one way or another outdated.
In this website we want to publish step by step all important topics which you may need to understand the running and coming changes. I will also continue to publish videos on my YouTube channel. Unfortunately the technical quality is poor, as I am not a Youtuber and do not have the needed equipment.
History Section
We are currently planning to make a section about history. But not as you expect. We will start maybe long before the first government was ever formed.
Physics Section
The second big section will be about how physics works. But again not as you may expect. For the common 3D physics you can go to university, they know it better. They can tell you how physics is operating. We will tell you WHY it is working. For example how magnetism is created. We will describe the version how it was originally done, which is the version how we will restore it. In the past there were countless methods of manipulation and influence of 3D physics, that we will ignore.
The GAME
A third section will describe the many astral structures of “the game”. That’s all the places and structures where all astral active people, all lightworkers, all religious work happened. Additionally things like remote viewing, all kinds of timeline and multiverse shenanigans and other nonsense did happen there. Also all religious things like hells and heavens were in the game spaces.
Herbs Section
The fourth section is about our new herbs healing tools. We developed energetic healing tools which we attach to herbs, which are already very potent in pure physical form. The selected herbs have energetic structures at their molecules which allow us to connect many different healing tools. And by this these tools are transported by the herbs to the technical lowest energetic level closest to physical 3d. Because of this a lot of the tools do not only have optimal energetic impact but also direct physical impact. Btw. these energetic parts of the herbs molecules are also the huge difference between a natural molecule from a herb and a synthetic one from the lab one. The synthetic ones typically have none. Those which do have EXCLUSIVELY negative ones artificially attached to harm people. 1/3 of all synthetic things like food or meds etc. have these negative energetic structures. A few, about 0.1%, of all herbs, have negative energetic structures by nature.
Energetic Tools Section
That brings us to the fifth section. Here we have different kinds of energetic tools. Most of them are able to clean the former mentioned artificial harming energetic attachments from synthetic foods etc.. The tools have many more functions, but many will not work for everyone. But the above cleaning is something that will work for everyone to the full degree that the tool is technically able to do. Some of these tools are the known Perlgonites and the SUPs. Others are for example the new B3adiful necklaces, which are quite powerful, too. We are also searching for simpler tools and methods to make cheaper tools available for all who can not afford the current ones. We will also create new healing and energy videos, which of course will be 100% free, as they have been in the past.
